Sencha Fine- Japan’s best. Japan is known for their production of greens, they export mostly green teas- so they obviously now what they are doing with the delicate harvesting process. We use this quality base for our flavored greens. Although a heavier and denser whole leaf, we think it holds many of our flavors best.

Simply put… Sencha Fine is a quality green tea on its own! It is said that many estates only use woman to pick the leaves, they feel they have a more delicate handling of the harvesting. They also have smaller hands which allows them easier access doing less damage to the leaves. NO FRILLS PACKAGING means you’ll get your tea in a Glassine Lined bag instead of the fancy labeled “normal canister or package” AND we add a little more tea for less money!
